Rotator Cuff Exercises

I tore my rotator cuff back in college playing football. My shoulder has never been the same again despite two operations. I had to quit playing sports altogether because of the nagging pain and discomfort.

The doctors prescribed pain killers, and various therapy driven programs to help me with my rotator cuff problem. Some were effective only at relieving the symptoms, none of the doctors advice actually completely gave me freedom from the pain and discomfort.
